Main Focus: Strength and volume across pressing and pulling
Warm-Up:

  • Bench Press – 10, 8, 6 (build up)

Working Sets:

  • Bench Press: 3x5–6
  • Incline Bench Press: 3x10
  • Chest Fly or Chest Press: 2x10–12 (go to failure here)
  • Bent-Over Row: 3x10
  • Lat Pulldown or Reverse Grip Pulldown: 2x10
  • Seated Row: 2x10
