Main Focus: Strength and volume across pressing and pulling
Warm-Up:
- Bench Press – 10, 8, 6 (build up)
Working Sets:
- Bench Press: 3x5–6
- Incline Bench Press: 3x10
- Chest Fly or Chest Press: 2x10–12 (go to failure here)
- Bent-Over Row: 3x10
- Lat Pulldown or Reverse Grip Pulldown: 2x10
- Seated Row: 2x10
